Julie L Rogness
Pastor
Pastor Julie was called to serve Christ Lutheran in February of 2007. She graduated from Augustana College, Sioux Falls, SD with a BA in Speech Communication. She served for seventeen years as a Youth Director before attending Luther Seminary and graduating in 1997.
Julie is married to Dan and they have been busy raising their two now young adult children Nathan and Jenna. Dan is the Director of Community Revitalization for the CDA (Community Development Agency) in Eagan, MN.
Julie enjoys family, reading (listening to books on tape), Iringa Tanzania, walking and growing plants (though growing and not producing anything might be the key). Pastor Gehardt Frost once said we feel the best about ourselves when we are in the dirt.

Catherine Langord Wall
Directory of Worship and Music
Catherine has been serving with God’s family at Christ Lutheran Church since August, 2004, and has had many years of experience directing worship and music in Lutheran churches. She has studied Lutheran theology and worship practices and worship arts, attending classes, conferences and clinics each year at ELCA colleges and Luther and United seminaries. She studied music at Winona State College and Inver Hills Community College, and has studied at MacPhail Center for the Arts in Minneapolis.
Catherine is married to David Wall, an ELCA pastor who is serving a call in Intentional Interim Ministry. They have daughters, Kate and Carolyn, son Sten, son-in-law Leo Campero, and a new, amazing granddaughter, Jannike. With new family in Venezuela, they’re busy learning Spanish!
In her spare time – in addition to babysitting – Catherine enjoys spending time with friends and family, golfing, writing, reading, singing (she and David sing in a couples’ group called Friends), traveling, and performing with the City of Lakes Chorus.

Michael Carmack
Youth Director
Michael has been serving as the Youth Director at Christ Lutheran Church since August of 2007. He received a BA in Theology from Texas Lutheran University in Seguin, Texas in 2004. During his summers while in college he served on five summer camp staffs both in Texas and in Northern Minnesota.
Michael recently got married to Missy and they are busy starting their new lives together. Missy is also a Youth Director at another church in the Stillwater area.
Michael enjoys watching and playing sports, traveling and being in the outdoors.

Vicki Meister
Administrative Assistant
Vicki Meister has been a member of Christ Lutheran most of her life but took the job of Administrative Assistant in 2006.
Vicki has been married to Jeff for 28 years and has three beautiful daughters, Samantha, Jessica and Emily. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, crafting and singing in the church choir.
Vicki truly enjoys serving the congregation of Christ Lutheran as they are like family to her.

Cathy Smith
Parish Nurse
Cathy has been a nurse for nearly 20 years and has worked in a variety of settings including hospitals, nursing homes and in-patient psychiatric care. After taking a leave from nursing to stay home with her children and serve as a missionary in Tanzania, she decided to pursue her passion for parish nursing. As our parish nurse, some of her duties will include visitation of hospitalized members, individual health consultations and blood pressure screenings and health and wellness promotion in collaboration with the wellness team. She will be in her office on Wednesdays from 10:00am-2:00pm and at other times by appointment.
